Off to Belize
Talk about a lifestyle change. In a months time I will be moving & living in Belize and leaving behind the normal American lifestyle. This is going to be a great adventure. I have been to many other countries in my life (37 of them), and have lived in a few different ones.
But this is the first time that I am going to be moving to a place BEFORE ever visiting the country. Thats right, I have never been to Belize before. But I have done my research to find out everything I need to know about it.
So needless to say, this is going to be an adventure of a lifetime. And I can’t wait to start. I will of course be keeping everyone up to date of this journey and will also be keeping a video and photo journal right here on the blog of everything I am doing down there.
If I should happen to be at a restaurant and find a magnificent Primal / Paleo meal that I want to share with you all, I am going to post a video of the chef and myself teaching you all how to cook it.
And if I am down there and come up with some new and awesome primal fitness tips and exercises, I will let you know about that too.
So stay tuned to the blog. This is going to be AWESOME!
