Workout #33 (The 333):

333 Push-ups

  • 111 Standard
  • 111 Inclined
  • 111 Declined

333 Squats

333 KB Clean & Press (60lbs)

333 Meter Sprint x 3

333 Pull-ups

Now I know this workout looks daunting, but don’t let the numbers scare you. It is easily done. I do this very same workout once a month. If I can do it, so can you.
